Follow the 3 R’s……
Rooms become boring for all of us and not everyone has an interior designer at their beck and call. Well, that’s not entirely true, you do have Debbie!
One of Debbie’s favorite tricks is to re-mat, re-frame and re-arrange art and photos. Try this on your holiday Monday:
- Take an old family photograph that you love
- Drive down to any craft store and buy a dramatic thick new matting (try 4″)
- Get a picture frame at the same craft store
- Go home and use an exact-o knife to cut the picture frame
- Place in new larger frame with new more dramatic matting
- Admire it from afar
- Voila! Now smile (a change that improves your mood and your room for under 30 dollars)!
